About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social. You’ll lead organic social activity across multiple platforms, acting as the main point of contact for clients while working closely with internal creative, video and strategy teams. Expect a blend of content creation, community management, trend spotting and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop platform specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube.
- Serve as the primary client contact for updates, planning and performance discussions.
- Collaborate on content creation with creative and video teams.
- Manage multi account content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence.
- Oversee community engagement and maintain tone of voice guidelines.
- Analyse social performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and cultural moments.
- Support new business pitches with audience insights and strategic thinking.
Skills and Expertise:
- 3+ years’ experience in a social media role within a digital, media or creative environment.
- Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of organic social strategy and performance metrics.
- Excellent written communication and brand tone of voice skills.
- Creative mindset with strong cultural awareness.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools.
