We're working with a creative, fast-paced agency in Manchester to recruit a talented Content Creator. This is an exciting opportunity for a social-first creative with a passion for producing engaging content that captures attention and drives results. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content across a range of platforms, working with well-known brands to bring campaigns to life through video, photography and social media storytelling. About the Role:
As Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in developing and producing engaging social-first content for a variety of clients. Working closely with the wider creative, social and client services teams, you’ll generate ideas, film and edit content, and ensure output is aligned with both brand objectives and current platform trends.
This role would suit someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera, in front of the camera and in the editing suite. Due to the nature of the work in Events and Experiential, weekend availability will be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with client objectives.
- Capture and edit video and photo content for social media campaigns.
- Attend client shoots, events and content days.
- Monitor social trends and react quickly to emerging opportunities.
- Write captions, hooks and supporting copy for social content.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers and social media specialists.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand guidelines.
- Analyse content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience creating content for social media, either agency-side, brand-side or freelance.
- Strong videography, photography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Ability to identify and respond to social media trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling and visual content.
