About the Role:
As a bridge between end-users and the development team you will play a crucial role in the software development and deployment process by ensuring that applications run smoothly and meet user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless performance.
- Implement robust monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimisations.
- Work closely with other IT team members to address complex technical issues and contribute to ongoing projects.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting applications, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with scripting languages and knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
