My client develops their products in the UK containing a new and innovative system to improve not only the brightness of users smiles but also protect the teeth against cavities.
About the role:
This role is hands on! You will be involved in many aspects of the company Marketing such as developing and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You’ll be required to monitor the website performance to optimise SEO of the website whether that be by creating content or respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. Essentially, this role needs someone who wants to get ‘stuck in’ and be involved in many aspects of Digital Marketing all at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement e-commerce tools and solutions to improve operations and user experience.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyse email campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop a content calendar and a yearly business marketing structure to ensure timely and relevant content publication.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads.
Skills and Expertise:
- The ability to communicate both verbally and through written communication is invaluable to ensure messages are conveyed appropriately at all levels.
- Several Years experience in a similar role where success can be demonstrated.
- The ability to look at and analyse data to make data driven decisions.
- Have previous experience successfully managing advertising campaigns over a variety of platforms.
