About the Role:
Lending your expert motion skills to multiple projects and briefs from 2D and 3D animation to character design and experiential renders, you’ll produce standout work that gets people excited! Ready to roll up your sleeves, you’ll get stuck into concept and idea generation to help connect brands with their customers; bringing a collaborative and open-minded approach to your work and the ability to get behind ideas and push them creatively. Great communication and collaboration skills are key here. Agile and adaptable, you’ll get well and truly stuck into everything this role has to offer.

Skills and Expertise:
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and storytelling.
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects.
- Data fluency, with a high degree of comfort utilising data to make informed decisions.
- Use appropriate tracking tools to report on content engagement and other key metrics - in line with agreed KPIs.
- Creative thinking and working well alongside a creative team.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
