About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who’s already had exposure to SEO or content marketing and is ready to deepen their skills in an environment where search is the driving force behind every project.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative Organic Search & Content team, contributing to impactful SEO strategies, content optimisation, and performance analysis for B2B clients. The position offers genuine ownership, hands‑on learning, and the chance to develop both technical and creative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of organic search strategies across multiple clients
- Carry out keyword research, audits and performance analysis using Semrush, Search Console & Screaming Frog
- Create content briefs and produce on‑site/social content
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports
- Work closely with the Organic Search & Content Lead
Skills and Expertise:
- Search experience in an agency environment
- Strong copywriting and ability to follow briefs
- High attention to detail
- Experience using WordPress
- Proactive, curious and comfortable in a varied role
Desirable Skills:
- B2B experience (finance, tech, professional services)
- Understanding of paid media, CRO, social or web
- Interest in AI search and future search trends
