About the Role:

You will be immersed in a diverse team of digital artisans where you will be actively encouraged to bring your own spin and fresh ideas to the role involving but not limited to creating paid adverts on a variety of social media channels for clients. You will also be a pillar of support for the team in helping them achieve their KPIs. As for clients, you should be comfortable engaging with clients, reporting to them over the phone and face to face. You should come across as confident and knowledgeable in social media and the strategy you have set out for them as for this company… Client success is our ultimate metric of achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full social campaign management including reporting and meeting/calling clients to discuss campaign progress.
  • You will be responsible for creating unique and forward-thinking social media strategies for clients in your portfolio, working with other departments on cross-channel strategies.
  • Liaising with clients to discuss advert spend and agreeing on daily/campaign budgets.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of social media work on your clients.
  • You will be monitoring this spend throughout the campaign to ensure it does not go over budget.
  • Creating paid adverts on a variety of social media channels for clients, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok
  • You’ll need to be a team player and work with other areas of the business on multi-channel clients.
  • Bringing fresh ideas into the social media department and ensuring that ideas remain at the forefront of the very latest social media standards and platform regulations/ algorithms.

Skills and Expertise:

  • You should be comfortable with paid advertising on a range of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram. TikTok and Pinterest advertising experience is desirable.
  • You should have at least 2 years of paid social experience and be comfortable with managing multiple client campaigns of different sizes.
  • Experience completing monthly reports which are presentable to clients.
  • The ability to analyse campaign data and utilise the findings to progress campaigns.
  • Communication skills both written and verbal should be excellent.
  • You should be creative with social media and want to deliver the best results for your clients.
