About the Company:
Our client provides a high quality, dependable and competitive service to their domestic, private and public sector clients in all aspects of Electrical Installation. They are experts in the installation of Solar PV, EV Charging Stations, and Air Source Heat Pumps!
About the Role:
This role requires someone who is diligent and self-motivated. You will be carrying out electrical installation work safely without supervision while providing excellent customer focused delivery including meeting or managing customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trace, diagnose and rectify faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment.
- Ensuring electrical certificates and all paperwork are submitted accurately and on time post installation.
- Testing (EICR's) and associated reports (training available)
- Install and commission Solar PV systems (training available)
- Battery storage for solar PV systems (training available)
- Installation of EV Charging-points.
Essential Skills and Expertise:
- Full UK Driving License, with 6 or less points.
- NVQ level 3 Electrotechnical qualification (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations including Amendment 2.
- AM2.
Desirable Skills and Expertise:
- Level 3 Award in the Installation of Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic.Systems
- Electricity Energy Storage Systems certification.
- C&G Inspection and Testing 2391 or 2394/2395.
- ECS Gold Card.
