About the Role:

As an Account Manager in the Success Team, you will be instrumental in empowering retailers to achieve success with suitable products and services. This dynamic role combines account management, customer sales, and consultancy, offering a unique and rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements including addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analysing account performance and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for account success.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Gathering and analysing market data to inform sales strategies.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Ensuring all sales and contractual documentation is completed accurately and on time.

  • Talented consultative salesperson, continuously seeking new opportunities with existing clients.
