Their clinician-led treatment pathway uses unique and tailor-made bioidentical hormones to treat symptoms of low or imbalanced hormones in both men and women. They are changing patient lives for the better and that satisfaction of achievement is shared between patients and clinicians.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and focused Sales Executive to join the team. This role is crucial to operations, as you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support throughout their treatment journey.
This position combines both inbound and outbound sales activities, making it ideal for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for healthcare
This is a shift-based role within a 7-day-a-week service. Team members are expected to work one weekend per month, shared fairly across the team.
The clinic operates between 9:00am and 8:30pm, with shifts scheduled across these hours, so start and finish times will vary.
You will work 37.5 hours per week within this rota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact for patients, answering queries and guiding them through the online booking process.
- Set up and sell treatment plans based on the Clinical Team’s recommendations, ensuring a seamless experience for the patient.
- Respond to inbound calls, capturing accurate data and entering it into our database.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on patient bookings, chase missing information, and update patients on their orders and feedback from the doctor.
- Handle objections effectively, ensuring a smooth sales process and taking payments for treatment plans.
- Resolve patient issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure patients’ records are accurately maintained and up to date in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Use spreadsheets and multiple systems to report sales and other data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company protocols.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in sales, with strong objection handling skills.
- Experience working in a call centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for helping others to feel good.
