As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape for our clients and contribute to the evolution of our own products.
About the Role:
In this role you will be directly contributing to the success of the company’s web development projects by providing technical leadership, maintaining high coding standards, solving complex problems, and fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications with a keen eye for architecture and system design. Your solutions should be elegant, efficient, and future-proof.
- Lead a team of talented developers by example, providing mentorship and guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that development aligns with business objectives and best practices.
- Tackle complex challenges head-on, leveraging your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion continuous improvement within the development team.
- Build optimized analytics data sources as a common basis for all analysts.
Skills and Expertise:
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and proficiency in modern frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue).
- A track record of creatively solving complex technical challenges. Your ability to innovate and troubleshoot is second to none.
- Several years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to successful projects.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of technology trends and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers where strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
