About the Role:
As the SEO Executive you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to the website and improving its visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs), ultimately helping to achieve the organisation’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and rankings on major search engines.
- Build positive relationships with clients, delivering regular updates and reports showing the value and impact of work completed.
- Collaborate with clients to optimise website content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Perform on-page optimisation, including written content, technical SEO, and site structure improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Essential Skills and Competencies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Several years experience in SEO with a track record of improving organic search performance.
- Experience using SEO tools, such as SEM Rush, AHRefs, Moz or SE Ranking.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Able to write optimised content for ecommerce websites.
- Competent with GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Able to perform SEO website audits and implement technical SEO fixes.
- Uncompromising attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Capable of learning and understanding new software and systems quickly.
