Social Media Executive
We're looking for a creative, highly organised and social-first Social Media Executive to join a growing consumer brand in Manchester. About the Role:
This is a hands-on social media role where you’ll be responsible for creating, filming, editing and publishing content across multiple channels. Working closely with marketing, e-commerce teams and external creators, you’ll help shape the brand’s social presence while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, film and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Support the day-to-day management of organic social channels.
- Develop trend-led and reactive content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and social-first copy.
- Capture content around launches, campaigns, live events and behind-the-scenes activity.
- Work with creators, influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage community engagement across comments and DMs.
- Repurpose successful content across platforms.
- Monitor and analyse social performance metrics to optimise future content.
Skills & Experience:
- Several years' experience in social media, content creation or a similar role.
- Experience within consumer brands, including beauty, wellness, fashion, FMCG or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends.
- Ability to create, shoot and edit content independently.
- Experience using editing software such as CapCut.
- Strong creative instincts combined with a data-driven mindset.
- Confidence appearing on camera when required.
