About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join the sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services. Your goal will be to generate leads and secure sales appointments for our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists.
- Introduce and explain our products or services to prospects.
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in Selling Telecoms systems , IT software or Hardware.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
